1. MRP passport with an old passport (Minimum 6 months valid)

2. 2 copy white background color photo without border ( 33 X 48 mm)

3. Forwarding letter to Embassy on office pad. (For private services & Businessperson)

4. Visiting card or office ID card. (For private services holder & Businessperson)

5. Trade licenses photocopy with English translator notarization. (For business person)

6. Student ID card for students.

7. Bank statement bank solvency certificate with Bank seal and signature. (Last update and transaction 6 months).
